瘦素在闭经、不孕症的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨瘦素对闭经、不孕的影响,肥胖与血清瘦素水平的关系。方法通过放射免疫分析方法检测45例月经正常者和28例闭经患者及13例不孕患者中血清瘦素浓度,身体质量指数(BMI)与血清瘦素水平的关系。结果①闭经组及不孕组血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。②血清瘦素水平与身体质量指数呈正相关。结论血清高瘦素与闭经、不孕关系密切。血清瘦素水平与BMI呈正相关,BMI越高,血清瘦素水平越高。血清瘦素水平增高可作为闭经不孕的一个病因,为治疗闭经、不孕提供新思路。Objective to explore the relationship between sennn leptin level and amenorrheea, infertilitas.Methods To mea- sure serum laptin level for amenorrhoea team （28 cases） sterility team （13 cases） and comparison team （45 cases） by using radialimmune analyzing methods, To analyze the relationship between the serum leptin level and BMI. Results Serum leptin level of abnormal team are higher than that of comparison team, P 〈0.01.BMI and serum lepfin level have a positive proportion relation.Conclusion Serum leptin level has a close relation with overweight and amenorrhoea.sterility,this study provides a new method for amenor- rhoea, sterility therapy.
