摘  要:有效地缩短提前期已成为企业提升竞争能力不可或缺的关键因素.根据"由零售商决定交货期并完全承担缩短交货期费用的交货策略(I)"建立了可控提前期的供应链库存优化Stackelberg模型,并给出了具体的算法;根据"由零售商与供应商共同决定交货期与订货批量,缩短提前期的费用双方共同分担的交货策略(III)"建立了可控提前期的供应链联合库存优化模型;提出了一种基于满意度的不对称Nash协商模型来制定最优费用分担比例,并进行了数值分析.数值模拟的结果显示:1)合理地压缩提前期可以降低供应链库存成本;2)提出的基于满意度的赶工费用分担模型是有效的.Controlling lead time effectively has become a key factor for improving competency of enterprises. According to "Delivery Strategy of retailer' s deciding delivery time and assuming the cost of shorten lead time (Ⅰ) ", a Stackelberg model for optimizing supply chain inventory with controllable lead time and an algorithm to get the solution are proposed firstly. Then, according to "Delivery Strategy of retailer' s and supplier' s deciding delivery time and order quantity and assuming the cost of shorten lead time together(Ⅲ)" , a joint supply chain inventory optimization model with controllable lead time is proposed. At last, an asymmetric Nash negotiation model based on satisfaction level is proposed to get the best cost allocation ratio between retailer and supplier, and a numerical experiment is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of these models. The results of numerical experiments show that : 1 ) shortened lead time reasonably can reduce supply chain inventory cost ; 2 ) the proposed cost allocation model based on satisfaction level is effective.
