浙江省水资源评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：主要研究浙江省水资源评价指标及指标体系的构建,文章介绍了国内外的水资源现状,着重分析了浙江省水资源现状及存在的问题;在对浙江省水资源进行单项指标评价的基础上,结合浙江省水资源、环境和社会经济的现状,将水资源管理纳入社会经济—水资源—生态环境系统中,研究建立了浙江省水资源综合评价指标体系;描述了正效益指标数据和负效益指标数据的无量纲化处理,并利用层次分析法获得了每个指标的权重,通过加权求和方法得到水资源评价的综合指数;采用浙江省2005年和2006年水资源的相关数据,分析计算得到了浙江省各城市的水资源综合评价指数,并对结果进行了横向比较和综合比较分析;根据研究结果,文章指出了制约浙江省水资源可持续利用的原因,并提出了一些改进措施和建议。The evaluation index and the evaluation index system of water resources of Zhejiang Province are established. First of all,we describe the status of water resources at home and abroad and focus on the status and problems of water resources of Zhejiang Province in this paper. Secondly ,after evaluating individual index of water resources of Zhejiang Province and on the basis of the combination of water resources in Zhejiang Province,environmental and socio-economic status,we include in the socio-economic management of water resources-water-ecological systems to study the establishment of water resources in Zhejiang Province comprehensive evaluation index system. Thirdly, the positive benefit data and negative benefit data non-dimensional are treated and the weight of each index is obtained by use of AHP and then the composite Index of evaluation of water resources is obtained by weighted sum method. Fourthly the city water resources evaluation index is obtained by analyzing and calculating water resources data of Zhejiang province in 2005 and 2006,and the results are compared with cross-cutting and comprehensive comparative analysis.Finally based on our results ,the reasons that restrict the sustainable use of water resources in Zhejiang Province are pointed out, and a number of improvement measures are proposed in this paper.
