摘　　要：目的对某有机化工企业职业病危害控制效果进行评价,提出进一步控制职业病危害的措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果该企业总体布局和设备布局、职业病危害防护设施等方面符合或基本符合相关要求,作业场所大多数职业病危害因素浓度(强度)符合国家职业卫生标准,职业健康检查未发现职业禁忌证和疑似职业病患者,职业卫生管理方面存在许多不足。结论该企业职业病危害一般,职业病危害控制效果良好。[ Objective ] To assess occupational hazards control effect and put forward measures for further control of occupational hazards in the organic chemical industry. [ Methods] Survey of occupational health, occupational hazards detection and occupational health checks were applied for the assessment. [ Results] The overall layout of Ihe organic chemic~ industry and distribution of e- quipment, preventive facilities against occupational diseases were basieally in compliance with the relevant requirements; most of workplace occupational hazards in the concentration （intensity） did not exceed national standards of occupational health; occupation- al health checks found no occupational contraindication and suspected occupational diseases; a lot of faults existed in occupational health management. [ Conclusion] The organic chemical industry was classified as general occupational hazards industry; the control of occupational hazards was effective.
