摘 要:目的了解贯彻落实《江苏省扩大儿童免疫规划实施方案》、《预防接种工作规范》等各项免疫规划工作开展情况,以全面促进连云港市免疫规划工作的深入发展。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽查该市每个区县的2个乡(镇、办),对适龄儿童完成基础免疫(基免)和加强免疫(加免)情况进行抽查。结果共调查220名适龄儿童,总建卡率和建证率均达100%。卡介苗合格接种率99.5%,卡痕率98.53%。口服脊灰疫苗基免合格接种率98.18%,及时率88.18%。加免第1剂合格接种率87.69%,加免第2剂62.5%。百白破疫苗基免合格接种率97.73%,加免合格接种率82.48%。麻疹疫苗初种合格接种率94.66%,复种合格率74.62%。乙肝疫苗基免合格接种率98.18%,首针及时率94.55%。流行性乙型脑炎基免合格接种率88.33%,加免第1剂合格率81.73%。流行性脑脊髓膜炎基免合格接种率91.38%。结论各地疫苗基础免疫接种率均保持在较高水平,各项指标均在95%以上;但加强免疫接种率仍需进一步提高,各单位要切实、准确地掌握本辖区内儿童的相关基础资料,特别是加强免疫儿童的接种情况,做到本底资料清晰,以保证全面提高适龄儿童的接种率水平,降低相应传染病的发生率。[ Objective ] To understand the practice status of The Program of Expanded Immunization among Children of Jiangsu Province and Rules or Regulations of Vaccination, promote the development of immunization program in Lianyungang City. [ Methods ] Two villages were selected in every county of Lianyungang City by simple cluster sampling method, and spot check on the foundational immunity and strengthening immunity of children with right-age was carried out. [ Results]220 children were investigated, and the rates of establishing immunization cards and permits were 100%. The eligible immunization rate of bacillus of calmette-guer- in ( BCG) was 99.5%, and the scar rate was 98.53%. The eligible immunization rate of foundational immunity of oral polio vaccine (OPV) was 98. 18% with 88. 18% timeliness rate, and that of the first and second dose strengthening immunity of OPV was 87.69% and 62.5% respectively. The eligible rate of diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus ( DPT) and measles was 97.75% and 94.66% , while the rate of strengthened immunity was 82.48% and 74.62% , respectively. The eligible rate of foundational immunity of HBV vaccine was 98.18%, and the timeliness rate of first dose was 94.55%. The eligible rate of foundational immunity and first dose strengthened immunity of Japanese B encephalitis was 88.33% and 81.73%, respectively. The eligible rate of foundational immunity of epidemic encephalitis was 91.38%. [ Conclusion] The rate of fundamental immunity was more than 95%, which was higher than that of strengthened immunity. It showed that more attention should be paid to the strengthened immunity through mastering the foundation information of children, to enhance the immunization rates of right-age children and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
