中西医结合治疗妊高征早期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微量元素复合制剂配合中药用于早期妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)的治疗效果。方法将58例妊娠20周以上的早期妊高征患者用微量元素复合制剂配合中药进行治疗。分别于服药前后查血压、尿蛋白。结果痊愈36例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率94.83%。结论早期妊高征患者给予微量元素复合制剂配合中药疗效显著,对母婴是非常有益的,且无不良反应。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of microelement compound formulations and traditional Chinese medicine on pregnancy- induced hypertension （PIH） at early stage. [ Methods] 58 over 20 weeks pregnant women with early PIH were treated with microel- ement compound formulations and traditional Chinese medicine. Blood pressure and urine protein was examined respectively before and after medication. [ Results] 36 were cured, 19 were effective, 3 were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.83%. [ Conclusion ] The effect of microelement compound formulations and traditional Chinese medicine on early PIH is significant. The treatment is benefieial to mother and Infant, without adverse reaction.
