摘 要:[目的]对中国平耳孔蜈蚣种群的地理变异进行初步探讨。[方法]中国平耳孔蜈蚣标本经95%乙醇浸制后进行总基因组提取、PCR扩增和测序,最后进行序列分析。[结果]共定义26个单元型,单元型之间的平均遗传距离为0.13。种群的遗传多样性波动范围较大,系统发生树中各样地平耳孔蜈蚣的单元型呈现一种混杂的分布格局。[结论]根据节肢动物分子钟,推断现代平耳孔蜈蚣遗传分布格局均比较古老,早在第三纪中期就已经形成,可见更新世冰期对平耳孔蜈蚣种群没有影响。[Objective]The research aimed to preliminarily discuss the geographic variation of Otost/gmus( O. ) pol/tus. [Method]The samples of Otostigmus( O. ) politus were preserved by 95% ethanol,and then been extracted for its total gencme to undergo PCR amplification and sequencing. At last,its sequences were analysized with Clustal X1.83 software. [ Resuh]A total of 26 haplotypes were defined by sequences variance,and 58 individuals were collected from 11 locations in five populations. Phylogenetic tree (Baysian) of haplotypes was very confusion, which showed that the range of genetic diversty was very large, influenced by glacial periods in the Pleistecenc. [ Conclusion] According to molecular clock of arthropods, the data suggested that the distri- bution pattern of Otostigmus(O. ) politus was very original,which formed after the middle of Tertiary Period.So it wasn't influenced by glacial periods in the Pleistocene.
