摘  要:[目的]为小麦的辐射诱变育种提供一定的参考。[方法]用3003、303、70和420 Gy 4种不同剂量的60Coγ射线辐照绵农6号的干种子,然后观察测定其发芽率及M1植株的出苗率、成苗率、叶片变化、幼苗的形态损伤。[结果]绵农6号干种子经不同剂量60Coγ射线辐照后,其发芽率、出苗率和成活率均随辐射剂量的增加而降低,并达显著和极显著水平;苗高、根长和根条数的损伤率随辐射剂量的增加而增加,达显著和极显著水平,尤其对根长的损伤最明显;M1植株叶片的叶面缺刻、叶色缺绿、叶缘卷曲和黄叶花叶率达显著和极显著水平,其中叶色缺绿最明显。[结论]比较适合绵农6号干种子的60Coγ射线的辐射剂量为370 Gy。[Objective] The study aimed to supply some references for radiation breeding of wheat. [Method] The dry seeds of "Miannong 6" were exposed to 6o Coγ-ray at 4 different dosages of 300,330,370 and 420 Gy. Then their germination rates and the emergence rates, seedling rates, leaf variations and the morphologieal damages of young seedlings of their M1 plants were determined and observed. [Result] After the city seeds of "Miannong 6" were exposed to 60 Coγ-ray at different dosages, as the radiant dosage increased, their germination rates, emergence rates and survival rates were decreased and reached significant or extremely significant level; the 'damaged rates of seedling height, root length and root number were increased and reached significant or extremely significant level, especially the damage on root length was most obvious ; the rates of foliar nick, leaves lack of green, curled leaf edge and yellowing and coloring leaves of their M1 plants reached significant or extremely significant level, anlong them the green deficiency in leaf color was most obvious. [ Conclusion] The radiant dosage relatively suitable for the dry seeds of "Miannong 6" of 60Coγ-ray was 370 Gy.
