摘　　要：[目的]检验精氨酸的作用。[方法]选用6头21日龄5.20 kg左右的三元杂交断奶仔猪,分别饲喂对照日粮(基础日粮+2.05%丙氨酸)和精氨酸日粮(基础日粮+1.0%精氨酸),试验期为7 d,观察日粮添加1%精氨酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官相对重量和血液生化参数的影响。[结果]仔猪饲喂添加1.0%精氨酸的日粮后,其日增重和料重比均有显著提高,但平均日采食量差异不显著;仔猪肝脏、心脏、肾、脾以及肺的相对重量显著低于对照组,而小肠的相对重量显著高于对照组;仔猪血清中尿素氮、白蛋白、总蛋白含量以及碱性磷酸酶活性、谷丙转氨酶活性高于对照组,但所有血液生化参数差异都不显著。[结论]补充精氨酸对提高断奶仔猪的成活率和生长性能具有重要作用。[Objective] The study aimed to test the function of L-arginine. [Method] Six three-way cross piglets were weaned at the age of 21 d and the bodyweight of about 5.20 kg, then they were fed with basic diets supplemented with 1.0% L-arginine or 2.05% alanine （CK） .The experiment lasted for 7 d.The effects of diets supplemented with 1.0% L-arginine on the growth performances, relative organ weights and blood biochemical pararreters were observed. [ Result] When the weaned piglets were fed with diets supplemented with 1.0% L-arginine, the daily gain and feed-weight ratio of weaned piglets were increased significantly, but the average daily feed intake had no significant difference; the weights relative to body weight of liver, heart, kidney, spleen and lung were significantly lower, and the intestine weight relative to body weight were significantly higher than that of CK; the contents of urea nitrogen, albumin, total protein and the activities of alkaline phosphotases and GPT in the serum of piglets were significantly higher than that in CK, but the differences among all the blood biochemical parameters were not significant. [Conclusion] The supplement of L-arginine had important function on increasing the survival rate and growth performance of weaned piglets.
