摘　　要：应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术研究了城市地价区段划分方法和应用过程,并以南昌市为例,利用GIS技术把建成区商业用地划分了40个区段,住宅用地共划分了37个区段,工业用地共划分了34个区段。GIS technology was applied to study the method and application process of urban land price section division. Taking Nanchang for an example, the commercial land was divided into 40 sections, residential land was divided into 37 sections and industrial land was divided into 34 sections in the builtup region based on GIS.
