摘　　要：通过对安徽省农业生产资料配送服务平台的分析研究,利用Smart Client对于传统的C/S和B/S结构的优势,对Smart Client技术在建设新农村流通服务网络工程上的适应性进行了阐述,介绍系统架构及实现Smart Client特点的关键技术路线,并详述了系统实现脱机工作的策略。By means of analyzing and studying the distribution serviee platform of the agricultural materials in Anhui Province, the advantage of Smart Client over the traditional C/S and B/S architecture were used to elaborate the suitability of Smart Client technology in the project of constructing new countryside circulation service network.The system architecture and the key technological routes of achieving the features of Smart Client were introduced. The strategies for realizing the offline work of the system were expatiated.
