雾化吸入布地奈德并特布他林对支气管哮喘的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨雾化吸入布地奈德并特布他林混悬液对支气管哮喘病儿疗效及肺功能的影响。方法支气管哮喘病儿52例,均给予空气压缩泵雾化吸入布地奈德并特布他林混悬液,每天2次(布地奈德每次1mg,特布他林每次2.5mg),连用3d。每日观察咳嗽、喘息及肺部啰音情况靡┣坝胗靡┖?d检查肺功能。结果52例病儿中治疗3d后,咳嗽消失34例,喘息消失47例,肺部哮鸣音消失51例。治疗后病儿日间、夜间症状评分与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性(t=10.349、11.538,P<0.01)。治疗后病儿第一秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流量和用力呼出50%肺活量时呼气流量与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性(t=10.354～15.672,P<0.01)。结论布地奈德并特布他林混悬液雾化吸入,可迅速缓解哮喘的急性发作,改善肺功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy of fog-inhalation therapy with Pulmicort and Terbutalin for asthmatic children. Methods Fifty-two children with bronchial asthma （BA） were treated with inhaled suspension of budesonide （1 mg） and terbutalin （2.5 mg）, twice a day, for three days. The symptoms of coughing,gasping and pulmonary tales were observed. The lung function was checked before and three days after medication. Results After three days of treatment, coughing disappeared in 34 cases, gasping disappeared in 47 cases, and tales disappeared in 51 cases. The post-therapy daytime and nighttime symptomatic scores showed dramatic difference as compared with pretherapy （t= 10. 349,11. 538;P〈0.01）. The pulmonary function improved markedly after the-rapy, especially for FEV1, PFE and FEV50%（t=10. 354-15. 672,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Inhalation therapy with budesonide and Terbutalin can quickly relieve the symptoms of acute asthma attack and improve patients＇ pulmonary function, which is worthy of clinical application.
