摘 要:研究了木磺基聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备、热稳定性能、压缩性能及对其进行显微结构分析。通过热重失重率(TG)和失重速率(DTG)曲线得木磺基聚氨酯泡沫塑料起始分解温度和峰值分解温度分别为220℃和360℃。结果表明,木质素磺酸盐使材料热稳定性有较大改善,保温性能较好。通过压缩试验,木磺基聚氨酯泡沫塑料的10%压缩强度σ10为544kPa。结果表明,木质素磺酸盐对提高材料的压缩性能的贡献大。通过对加载后木磺基聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行扫描电镜分析,探讨增强机理。Preparation,thermal stability and compressive property of lignosulfonate-based polyurethane foam were studied.It was obtained from the TG curve and the DTG curve that the initial decomposition temperature and the peak decomposition temperature of lignosulfonate-based polyurethane foam were 220℃ and 360℃. The results indicated that lignosulfonate had improved the thermal stability of polyurethane foam, In the compression tests, 10 percent of compressive strength of lignosulfonate-based polyurethane foam's was 544kPa. The results showed that lignosulfonate had important contribution to improve the compressive property of polyurethane foam.SEM was used to analyze polyurethane foam after the compression tests for studying the reinforced mechanism
