竹丝真空染色工艺试验

摘　　要：竹丝染色是丰富竹制品的色彩,提高竹产品的附加值必不可少的重要处理手段。采用真空浸渍法对竹材进行染色,分析真空度、温度和时间对染色效果的影响。研究结果表明,真空度、温度和时间是影响上染率和色差的重要因素,适宜的工艺参数为真空度-0.05MPa,温度60℃,时间45min。Dying treatment of bamboo Threads is necessary method to expand the color of bamboo product and increase the additional value of products. The vacuum immersion dyeing processing of bamboo filament and some factors were studied, including degree of vacuum, dyeing time and temperature. The results showed the three factors had the obvious effect on the dye strike rate and colour deviation of dyed bamboo. Through research, the suitable dyeing parameters are degree of vacuum ： - 0.05 MPa ; dyeing temperature ：60℃ and dyeing time ：45 min respectively.
