摘 要:研究了采用微波辅助浸取工艺从柿叶中提取黄酮类化合物的工艺条件及参数。以单因素和正交实验相结合的方法,用乙醇作为溶剂,确定微波辅助浸取工艺下的最佳浸提条件。结果表明:在常压下,乙醇浓度:65%、料液比1∶25、辐射时间2min、微波功率420W的条件下,可得到最佳提取率为6.15%。与传统的溶剂回流浸取和超声浸取柿叶总黄酮工艺相比,微波辅助浸提具有省时、高效、节能等优点。The optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids by the microwave-assisted technique from Diospyros kaki leaves were investigated in this paper. The influences of microwave power, extraction time and the ratio of solid-liquor on the extraction efficiency were also discussed by a single factor and an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the greatest extraction rate of 6.15% could be obtained when microwave power was 420 W, ratio of solid to liquid 1:25, alcohol concentration 65% and radiation time 2 min for each time at the normal pressure. The new technique has the advantages of faster extraction, lower energy consumption and higher leaching efficiency compared with the traditional circumfluence distillation and ultrasonic extraction methods.
