摘　　要：目的观察商陆水煎剂对阿霉素肾硬化大鼠肾小球硬化和肾实质细胞过度凋亡的防治作用。方法48只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、商陆治疗组和依那普利组,采用单侧肾切除并阿霉素尾静脉注射的方法建立大鼠肾小球硬化模型,手术后7 d分别给予灌胃治疗,共93 d。观察商陆水煎剂对肾小球硬化大鼠尿蛋白、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾脏病理形态、肾小球硬化指数(GSI)和肾小球细胞凋亡指数的影响。结果与对照组比较,模型组、商陆治疗组和依那普利组大鼠尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、GSI和细胞调亡指数增加(P<0.05),肾脏病理损害加重;与模型组比较,商陆治疗组和依那普利组尿蛋白、Scr、BUN、GSI和细胞调亡指数显著降低(P<0.01),肾脏病理损害明显改善。商陆治疗组与依那普利组比较,各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论商陆水煎剂能降低阿霉素肾小球硬化大鼠尿蛋白的排泄,保护肾功能,减轻肾脏病理损害及肾小球实质细胞的过度凋亡,进而延缓肾小球硬化的发生、发展。Objective To observe the effects of Pokeberry root decoction on glomerulosclerosis and excessive glomerular apoptosis of adriamycin-induced glomerulosclerosis rats.Methods Forty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups：control group,model group,Phytolaccae-treated group,and enalapril-treated group.Glomerulosclerosis rats model was established by injecting adriamycin duplicately through caudal vein and cutting unilateral kidney.Seven days after operation,the rats in four groups were treated with different drug by intragastric administration for 93 d.Urine protein,serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,renal pathology,glomerulosclerosis index and the apoptosis index were detected.Results Compared with control group,the results of urine protein,Scr,BUN,glomerulosclerosis index and the apoptosis index were higher in other three groups（P〈0.05）,damages of renal pathology were aggravated（P〈0.05）.Compared with model group,the results of urine protein,Scr,BUN,glomerulosclerosis index and the apoptosis inde in Phytolaccae-treated group and enalapril-treated group were lower（P〈0.05）,damages of renal pathology was improved.All indexes were no statistical significance between Phytolaccae-treated group and enalapril-treated group（P〉0.05） Conclusion Pokeberry root decoction can ameliorate glomerulosclerosis of adriamycin-induced glomerulosclerosis rats through decreasing urinary protein excretion,protecting renal function,relieving renal tissue morphology damage and over-apoptosis.
