大鼠肾移植模型的建立方法及技巧

摘　　要：目的为进行大鼠肾移植术后急性排斥反应研究的需要,建立大鼠肾移植模型。方法采用原位低温灌注、裸眼下原位套管吻合静脉、端侧吻合动脉,输尿管膀胱瓣与膀胱吻合法。结果建立了可靠稳定的大鼠肾移植模型,手术成功率89%。结论此方法建立的模型较可靠,完全可以满足移植术后急性排斥反应研究。Objective It is to establish kidney transplantation model in Rats for the requirement of acute rejection study after kidney transplantation of Rats. Methods The transplantation was performed with hypothermia perfusion in situ, cannula coinciding veins in situ under naked eye, end-to-side anastomosis of arteries and anastomose of ureterocystic valve to bladder. Results Reliable and steady kidney transplantation model in Rats was established. The achievement ratio of operation was 89%. Conclusion The model established with aforesaid method is reliable, which is radically satisfied for the acute rejection study alter kidney transplantation.
