摘  要:针对邹县电厂超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉屏式过热器结焦问题,结合锅炉结构特点、燃煤特性及实际运行情况分析了结焦原因,提出了严格控制煤质、加强炉膛吹灰、保持合理的一次风速、降低火焰中心高度等运行优化调整措施。同时,建议在锅炉设计阶段就应重视分割屏入口烟温的控制和结焦问题。Directing against the slagging problem on platen superheater in boilers for 1000 MW units in Zhouxian Power Plant,the causes resulting in slagging have been analysed from aspects of boiler's structural features ,properties of fuel coal, and actual operation of the boilers, and corresponding measures, such as strictly controlling the coal quality, strengthening sootblowing in the furnace,and optimizing adjustment in operation etc. , being put forward,they can alleviate slagging in the boilers to a certain degree. It is recommended that the flue gas temperature control and slagging problem at inlet of the subdividing platen have to be emphasized even in the design stage of boilers.
