湄洲湾火电厂1号机组2号轴振分析与处理

摘　　要：介绍了湄洲湾电厂1号汽轮机组2号轴承异常轴振的原因,分析认为,振动主要为摩擦振动,部位在2号轴承处,包括轴封、油档及2号轴瓦。给出了检查及处理中的检修工艺、质量要求和注意事项,彻底消除了1号机组2号轴振动在低负荷区域振动故障的问题。The causes leading to shaft no. 2 vibration for unit no. 1 in Meizhouwan Power Plant have been analysed. It is believed from analysis that the vibration is mainly a rubbing vibration at the position of bearing no. 2, including the shaft- packing, oil retainer, and bearing shoe proper. The repair technology, quality requirements, and points to pay attention in inspection and disposal have been given,thoroughly eliminated the problem of vibration trouble in the low load range of unit.
