摘  要:通过田间定位试验,研究了‘燕农2号’豌豆品种接种5种不同根瘤菌后的生长态势、产量、结瘤状况及固氮效应.结果表明:供试菌株中以菌株ACCC16101处理的植株生长态势、生育性状、结瘤状况、固氮效果和增产效果最为明显.接种菌株ACCC16101后豌豆的单株瘤数、单株榴干质量、植株全氮量、单株生物量、干粒质量均极显著增加(P<0.01),分别较对照增加了66.57%、102.17%4、4.73%、56.04%、13.06%;产量比对照增加了48.76%.菌株ACCC16103尽管未表现出菌株ACCC16101的增产效应,但其瘤干质量、单株结瘤数、植株全氮含量比对照增加了82.61%4、9.09%和40.74%.初步认为对豌豆品种‘燕农2号’,菌株ACCC16101和ACCC16103是根瘤菌接种、根瘤菌剂生产的首选菌株.The field experiment was conducted to study the effects of inoculating different rhizobium strains on growth and nitrogen fixation of pea ‘Yannong 2'. The results showed that ACCC16101 had obvious comparative advantages in crop growth, breeding traits, nodulation status, nitrogen fixation and grain yields. The strain increased grain and plant total nitrogen content, b yields by 48.76 ~, and improved nodules number, dry weight per plant iomass per plant and thousand-seed mass by 66.57 % , 102.17 %, 44.73 %, 56.04 % and 13.06 %, compared with the control. Although, the strain ACCC16103 did not show the yield-increasing effect total nitrog the strains en content just like the strain ACCC16101, the nodules number, dry weight per plant an increased by 49.09 %, 82.61% and 40.74 %. It was suggested preliminarily that the strains of ACCC16101 and ACCC16103 were preferred for rhizobium inoculation and rhizobium inoculants production for pea ‘Yannong 2'.
