摘 要:通过在气候箱内模拟林地环境条件,探讨了不同温度、光照和土壤含水量对子午岭建群种辽东栎种子萌发的影响.结果表明:不同温度下辽东栎种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均差异显著,其中最适温度为25℃;昼夜温差对种子发芽影响显著,15℃/25℃变温条件下,发芽率最高,而15℃/30℃变温条件下发芽率极低,说明温差过大不利于辽东栎种子萌发;在最适温度下,全光照时的发芽率达到97%,发芽势为80%,均高出其它光照处理;适宜辽东栎种子萌发的土壤含水量在15%~35%之间,最适土壤含水量为20%,此时发芽率为90%,发芽势为43.33%,发芽指数为3.0171.Quercus wutaishanica is the constructive species in Ziwu Mountains. The effects of different temperatures, lights and soil moistures on its seed germination were studied under the simulated forest en vironment in climate chamber. The results showed that the germination rate, germination power and gerruination indexes of the seeds were all significantly different under different temperatures, the optimum germination temperature was 25 ℃. The day and night difference in temperature significantly affected the germination, the ge the lowest under 15 rmination rate was the highest under 15 ℃/25 ℃ variable temperature treatment while ℃/30 ℃ variable temperature treatment, this indicated that large temperature difference was unfavorable to the seeds germination of Quercus wutaishanica. Under the optimum temperature and full-light condition, the germination rate was 97 %and germination power was 80 %, they were both higher than those of other treatments. The suitable soil moistures were from 15 % to 35 %, the optimum was 20%, under which the germination rate was 90 %, germination power was 43.33 % and germination index was 3. 017 1.
