摘　　要：文章研究了群决策中专家决策水平可靠性问题,对用群组决策的特征根法及其使用条件做出了修正,更加具有科学性与合理性;并对专家决策水平和决策熵进行了重新定义,以便能够更客观地度量专家群体决策的可靠性;最后通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。This paper studies the reliability of group agreement under group decision-making. The application condition of the group eigenvalue method（GEM） as well as the GEM itself is revised so as to be more rational. The definitions of the expert＇s decision level and the decision entropy are redefined so as to measure the group agreement＇s reliability in a more objective way. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
