摘  要:文章研究了活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,酸醇摩尔比为1∶1.6,环己烷作为带水剂,在160 W功率的微波辐射下回流分水,合成氯乙酸异丙酯。结果表明,所得产品具有很高纯度和收率,克服了传统有机反应时间长、副反应多、产率低及纯度不高的缺点,同时也为其他氯乙酸酯的合成研究提供了发展新空间。This paper studies the synthesis of isopropyl chloroacetate by using p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon as a catalyst under the conditions that the mole ratio between chloroacetic acid and isopropyl alcohol was 1 : 1.6, cyclohexane was used as a water carrier, and the microwave radiation power was 160 W. The experimental results show that the product of a colorless and transparent liquid is high in purity and recovery rate. The presented method overcomes some shortcomings of the traditional organic reaction such as long reaction time, many secondary reactions, low yield, and low purity, and provides some idea for the synthesis of other chloroacetic acid esters.
