摘　　要：介绍了西门子PLC和富士触摸屏组成的控制系统在油管防腐固化炉中的具体应用。对系统的硬件组成和软件设计流程图作了较为详细的阐述。该系统的主要作用是实现了燃烧机的智能控制、控制加热时段、设备报警等功能,对防腐油管固化炉实现自动控制。现场应用情况表明,该控制系统工作可靠,操作方便,以触摸屏作为人机界面,可使系统界面友好,简单直观,易于操作。The application of Siemens PLC and Fuji programmable operation display （POD） in anti-corro-sive coatings for oil tube curing furnace was introduced. It gave a detailed statement on the components of the system hardware and design of software. It can mainly realize the following functions： combustor intelligent control, heat process control and failure alarm,etc. The system can put automatic control on the anti-corrosive coatings for oil tube curing furnace. Recent application on spots shows that this PLC controlling system works reliably,operates conveniently. As a human-computer interface, the interface of the system is friendly, and the POD makes the system operated and handled easily.
