9种HIV抗体筛查试剂临床质量评估

摘　　要：[目的]评估2007年湖北省使用的HIV抗体筛查试剂质量，为我省选择HIV抗体橙测筛查试剂提供依据。[方法]用各参每评试剂对已知样品与未知样品进行拴测。统计各试剂敏感性、特异性和功效率等质量指标。[结果]各筛查试剂敏感均为100％，特异性92，64％～98．16％，假阳性率1．84％27．36％，假阴性率0％，功效率93．94％-98．48％，阳性预示值（PPV）为74．47％～92．11%阴性预示值（NPV）为100％。[结论]被评估试剂均有很高敏感性，但特异性差异较大，试剂质量应进一步援高。[Objective] To evaluate lhe screening reagents which used in Hubei for detecting antibodies of HIV, so as to provide basis for selecting the screening reagents for detecting antibodies of HIV. [Methods] All the eligible screening reagents were used to detect the known and unknown samples. All the sensitivities, speeificities and efficiency of all the eligible screening were evaluated. [ Results] Tbe sensitivities of all the screening reagents were 100%, the specifieities of tbem ranged from 92.64%-98.16%, the false positive rates of them were at the range of 1.84% to 7.36%, the false negative rates of them were 0%, the total consistence rates of them were at the range of 93.94%-98.48%, the PPV of them ranged from 74.47%-92.11%, and the NPV of them were 100%. [Conclusional The eligible screening reagents have high sensitivities, however, the specificities showed greatly difference, and the quality of reagents should be further improved.
