提高城市流动民工性病艾滋病主动检测依从性的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究能有效提高城市流动民工性病艾滋病主动检测依从性的健康教育干预模式。[方法]在南昌市青山湖区选择2个流动民工集聚的大型建筑工地,随机分为实验组和对照组。每个建筑工地随机抽取300名15～49岁男性流动民工(居住3个月以上)为调查对象,完成基线调查。然后对实验组采用"信息传播+行为参与+行为激励"模式进行为期8个月的性病艾滋病健康教育干预。干预后,再次进行问卷调查。[结果]通过对实验组的干预,目标人群性病艾滋病防治知识知晓率有了显著的提高,流动民工主动检测STD和HIV的倾向由干预前的13.7%提高到85.7%,性病艾滋病主动检测依从率由2.3%提高至40.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。以上3项指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]在流动民工中采取"信息传播+行为参与+行为激励"模式进行性病艾滋病健康教育可以有效提高目标人群STD和HIV的主动检测依从性。[Objective] To study the health education intervention pattern for effectively enhancing the compliance of active detection of AIDS among migrant workers in urban areas. [ Methods] Two constructive sites where had large scare of migrant workers were collected in Qingshanhu District of Nanchang, and were divided into two groups including experimental group and the control group. 300 migrant workers aged 15 to 49 years were recruited from each constructive site. and they were required to finish a baseline questionnaire. Health education with ＇Information dissemination ＆ behaviar participation ＆ behavior encouragement＇ model was performed in the experimental group for eight months. After intervention, investigation was performed again. [ ReSults] After intervention for experimental group, the awareness rate of knowledge about STD and AIDS had enhanced obviously. The rate of inchning to detect HIV and STD of migrant workers had significantly enhanced from 13.7% before intervention to 85.7% ＇after intervention, and the active detection rate of of STD and HIV had significantly increased from 2.3% before intervention to 40.7% after intervention （P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant difference between the experimental and control groups （P〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] The form of ‘information dissemination ＆ behavior participate ＆ behavior encourage＇ can enhance the compliance of active detection of STD and HIV among migrant workers.
