摘 要:为进一步提高垂直筛板塔的性能,提出3种改进帽罩结构的塔板,从中筛选出性能优良的新型帽罩结构的塔板。采用冷模实验装置,用空气-水体系进行初步的流体力学测试。3种新型帽罩塔板与标准型帽罩塔板相比,干板压降降低7.2%—30.9%、湿板压降降低7.9%—18%、塔板泄漏量降低16.4%—45.5%、雾沫夹带降低26.4%—58.7%、操作弹性增加60%—190%。3种改进帽罩结构的塔板性能优于标准帽罩结构塔板,倒盆顶帽罩塔板是其中较优良的塔板结构。In order to improve the performance of vertical sieve tray, three modified structures of standard caps were put forward for selecting the new cap-tructure tray with excellent performance. The cold model test device was adopted, and a preliminary test of hydrodynamics was researched by using the air-water system. The standard cap tray was compared with three modified caps tray. The result shows that the dry-pressure-drop reduces by 7.2%-30.9%, wet-pressure-drop reduces by 7.9%-18%, weeping liquid reduces by 16.4%-45.5%, liquid entrainment rate reduces by 26.4%-58.7% and operating flexibility increases by 60%-190%. The performance of three modified cap structure trays is better than that of standard cap structure tray, and the cap of inverse basin tip structure can be selected as excellent tray.
