区域产业生态系统及其生态特性研究

摘　　要：基于生态学视角与区域产业发展理论,界定了区域产业生态系统内涵,认为区域产业生态系统有三个层次的生态特性:组织成员的多样性、成员互动的协同进化以及整个区域产业生态系统的稳定性.通过对成员协同进化的稳定性及其数值仿真分析,发现企业之间的互惠与寄生协同进化模式是促进区域产业生态系统良性发展的主动力;组织成员的多样性是基础,是维持区域产业生态系统稳定性的前提;成员互动的协同进化是维护区域产业生态系统稳定性的保障.并相应提出我国发展区域高新技术产业的政策与策略.Based on ecological perspective and development theory of regional industry, it defines the concept of regional industrial ecosystem and presents a theoretical framework of ecological properties for studying it. The theoretical framework includes three progressive tiers of ecological properties, namely participant diversity, interactive co-evolution and ecosystem stability. It displays that the mode of mntualism and parasitism between participants can boost rapid development of regional industry by analyzing stability and equilibrium diagrams of co-evolution. Then, it indicates that participant diversity is the basic for ecosystem stability, and their interactive co-evolution can further promote the stability and development of regional industrial ecosystem. Finally, it brings about developmental policy and strategy of regional new high-tech industry in China.
