长春封闭群日本大耳白兔生长发育的研究

摘　　要：为深入了解长春封闭群日本大耳白兔的生长发育规律,对32只(16♀,16♂)父母代长春封闭群日本大耳白兔及45只(25♀,20♂)自繁F1代日本大耳白兔生长发育阶段体重、体长、耳长及耳宽等生长指标进行了系统的测定与统计分析。结果表明:母代雄兔与仔代雄兔、母代雌兔与仔代雌兔的体重、体长、耳宽、耳长、体重日增、体长日增、耳长日增和耳宽日增等指标之间差异显著(P<0.05)。因此,长春日本大耳白兔母代与仔代间发育规律有显著差异。In order to understand body weight and size development , 32（ 16♀＋16♂）and 45（ 25♀＋ 20♂）Changehun closed colony Japanese white rabbits were used to research various growth indexes, ineluding live body weight and live body length, ear length and ear width systematically. The results showed that with the development of mother and son Japanese white rabbits, there was significant differ- ence among live body weight, live body length, ear width and ear length, and daily live body weight gain, daily live body length gain, daily ear length gain and daily ear width gain（P 〈 0.05）. In conclusion, there was difference of development between mother and son Japanese white rabbits, so that this kind of rabbits could be regarded as the experimental rabbits to develop the scientific research.
