摘 要:针对大庆油田海拉尔油区井深、压裂后用抽汲难以返排压裂残液的问题,开发出适用于深井压后返排的水力泵排液工艺,将水力泵排液工艺成功地应用在深井压后残液的返排上取得了良好的排液效果,研制了与该工艺管柱配套使用的短型水力喷射泵、传压托砂皮碗,优选了工艺用封隔器。经现场应用表明,该施工工艺能够适用海拉尔油区深井压后残液返排的要求,避免了砂卡,安全、可靠。To deal with the problems of that well is deep and that the fracturing residual fluid is difficult to be removed by swabbing after fracturing in Hailaer Area of Daqing oilfield,hydraulic pump clean-up technique is successfully developed. Short hydraulic jet pump,backing sand cup and P-T packer are manufactured or optimized,which are used together with hydraulic pump clean-up technique. Field application indicates that the technique can fully meet the requirement of deep well and remove fracturing residual fluid in Hailaer,and that the technique is safe and reliable,sanding in is avoided.
