老年大鼠主动脉平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的变化

摘　　要：为了了解老年时大鼠血管平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的变化，选用ＡｎｇｉｏｔｅｎｓｉｎⅡ（ＡｎｇⅡ）为工具药，利用离体血管环方法对老年（１８月龄）大鼠与年轻（３月龄）大鼠主动脉平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体第一亚型（ＡＴ１）的变化情况进行了观察。结果显示：老年大鼠主动脉由ＡｎｇⅡ所引起的最大收缩反应较之年轻大鼠明显下降，累积浓度－收缩反应曲线显著下移，提示老年时主动脉平滑肌中ＡＴ１受体显著下调。To study the agerelated changes of AT1 receptor density in rats aorta,using isolated blood vessel ring assay to detect the aortal reactions to angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) between young and old rats.The results showed that the aorta preparations from old rat (18 months),as compared with the young (3 months rats),gave out their maximum reaction to Ang Ⅱ,which was significantly decreased ,although their potency (negative log EC50)was unchanged.The cumulative concentrationcontraction response curve of old rats was greatly below the curve of young rats,suggesting that the AT1 receptor in aortal smooth muscle of old rats was decreased significantly.
