摘 要:为了了解老年时大鼠血管平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的变化,选用AngiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)为工具药,利用离体血管环方法对老年(18月龄)大鼠与年轻(3月龄)大鼠主动脉平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体第一亚型(AT1)的变化情况进行了观察。结果显示:老年大鼠主动脉由AngⅡ所引起的最大收缩反应较之年轻大鼠明显下降,累积浓度-收缩反应曲线显著下移,提示老年时主动脉平滑肌中AT1受体显著下调。To study the agerelated changes of AT1 receptor density in rats aorta,using isolated blood vessel ring assay to detect the aortal reactions to angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) between young and old rats.The results showed that the aorta preparations from old rat (18 months),as compared with the young (3 months rats),gave out their maximum reaction to Ang Ⅱ,which was significantly decreased ,although their potency (negative log EC50)was unchanged.The cumulative concentrationcontraction response curve of old rats was greatly below the curve of young rats,suggesting that the AT1 receptor in aortal smooth muscle of old rats was decreased significantly.
