摘　　要：介绍了开封火电厂HG-440 t/h CFB锅炉回料系统运行以来常见的回料中止和回料阀堵塞故障,认为回料中止的主要原因是返料流化风机负荷大、风压高,引起皮带断裂;回料阀堵塞的主要原因是浇注料脱落和渐进式结焦堵塞回料阀。针对两种故障提出了预防措施,对生产有指导意义。The loop seal system failures in operation of a HG-440 t/h CFB boiler in Kaifeng power plant was introduced and the causes was analyzed from the sides of boiler installing, boiler maintenance and boiler operation. Some precautionary measurements were put forward to promote the operation technology of this type of CFBB.
