摘　　要：目的探讨异基因造血干细胞移植后溶血性贫血的发生情况。方法分析溶血性贫血的发生率、发生时间、临床表现、病因以及治疗和预后。结果121例异基因造血干细胞移植患者有2例出现溶血性贫血，占1.6％，死亡1例。原因有A1HA（1／2），TTP（1／2），供受者血型为A→O。结论溶血性贫血是异基因造血干细胞移植后严重并发症，死亡率高，需尽快考虑到以上原因予以相应的治疗。Objective To explore the occurrence of pattern of hemolytic immune anemia following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Methods A series of clinical data as the onset time, etiology, treatment and prognosis in 2 patients with hemolytic anemia were analysized. Result Complication occurred in 2 out of 121 patinets（1.6%）, 1 cases died of it. The causes may be autoimmune hemolytic anemia（1/2）, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura （1/2）. Conclusion Hemolytic immue anemia following allogeneic stem cell transplantation is often fatal. Once it occurs, causes obove must be taken into account and treated in time.
