摘  要:取成年男性防腐尸体标本10具,进行标本制备。做盆部的解剖,显露重要的血管和神经并观察其走行,建立髋骨内侧面坐标系和髋骨外侧面坐标系。在髋骨内侧面和外侧面分别绘制5,10,15和20mm等厚线,在不同的等厚线之间用不同的颜色填充,形成几个不同的厚度区域。在髋骨内侧面和外侧面分别绘制重要血管和神经的投影图。将坐标系、等厚线和重要血管神经的投影图同时绘制在髋骨上,形成3张地形图,1张为髋骨内侧面地形图,1张为没有血管和神经结构的髋骨外侧面地形图,1张为有血管和神经结构的髋骨外侧面地形图。提示髋骨的地形图形象、直观地表达了髋骨各个部位的厚度、重要血管和神经在髋骨表面的投影,深入地了解髋骨的地形图能够在骨盆骨折和髋臼骨折内固定中防止重要血管和神经的意外损伤发生。Ten adult male cadaveric antiseptic specimens were prepared. The pelvis was dissected, and important blood vessel and nerve were exposed to observe its course and establish a coordinate system on the outer and inner surface of the hip bone. The contour line of 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm was drawn on the inner and outer surface of the hip bone, respectively, and different colors were filled in between the different contour lines to form several regions of different depth. The projection of important blood vessel and nerve was drawn on the inner and outer surface of the hip bone, respectively. The coordinate system, contour line and the projection of important blood vessel and nerve were drawn on the hip bone simultaneously to form three topography maps: one is map of inner surface of hip bone, one is map of outer surface of hip bone without blood vessel or nerve, the other is map of outer surface of hip bone with blood vessel and nerve. Topography map of the hip bone displays the depth of all parts of the hip bone and the projection of important blood vessel and nerve onto the hip bone imaginarily and directly. Deep understanding of topography map of the hip bone may prevent vital blood vessel and nerve from accidental injury during the operation of internal fixation of pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture.
