摘　　要：矩形波导到高功率过模圆波导模式转换器是高功率微波测试系统中的关键组件。针对这一问题,本文首先建立了模式转换器的N端口波导结全波分析模型,然后计算了模式转换器的反射系数。给出一种优化设计方法。最后,优化设计了一个X波段的矩形波导到高功率过模圆波导模式转换器,其结构紧凑,反射系数小且电场极化为垂直方向。测量结果与仿真结果吻合良好,证明了设计方法的可行性。Rectangular waveguide to high-power circular overmoded waveguide mode converter is an important component of high-power microwave test systems.The N-port waveguide junction full-wave analysis model of the mode converter is built and then the reflection coefficient of the mode converter is calculated.An optimization design method is presented.Finally,a rectangular waveguide to high-power overmoded circular waveguide mode converter at X-band with little reflectance,compact structure and vertical E field polarization direction,is designed by the optimization design method.The measured results are in good agreement with the computer simulations,which demonstrates the feasibility of the design method.
