国产皮化材料在牛皮家具革复鞣工艺中的应用

摘　　要：就牛皮家具革的复鞣加脂工艺中选用的国产皮化材料与相应的进口材料的复鞣或加脂性能进行了对比。结果表明,选用的几个国产材料在复鞣或加脂性能上可与相应的进口材料相媲美。另外,它们组合复鞣加脂后的革,无论从皮革的风格,还是从皮革的物理机械强度上看,各项特征都类似于进口材料,从而为有关国产化料的走向指明了方向。The properties of retanning or fatliquoring of selected local and corresponding overseas leather chemicals were compared on the bovine furniture leather. The results show that the properties of local leather chemicals is similar with those of corresponding overseas leather chemicals. In addition, the fashion and mechanical properties of the leather retanned and fatliquored by local leather chemicals is similar with those by overseas leather chemicals. The paper shows the direction of application and development of some local leather chemicals.
