涤纶FDY网络度的影响因素

摘　　要：结合实际生产,分析了影响FDY网络度的因素。包括压缩空气压力,卷绕张力及卷绕张力的稳定均匀等。结果显示:适当提高压缩空气压力可以提高网络度,增加结点牢度;适当的卷绕张力可以改善网络效果。Combination with the practical production,the factors that have effect on the FDY network density such as compressed air pressure, winding tension and its steady and even are analysed. The results showed that properly increasing the compressed air pressure can improve the network density and increase the node fastness. Appropriate winding tension can improve the interlacing results.
