摘　　要：从PET切片输送控制系统原设计入手,对运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了技术改造方案并加以实施完成,保证了切片输送控制系统运行稳定,确保投资最少,压空消耗最低。Starting from the original design of PET chip conveying control system,the existing problems in the running process were analysed. The technological innovation scheme was put forward and taken into implementation and completion. The steady running of chip conveying control system was guaranted, the minimum investment and the lowest compressed air comsumption was ensured.
