支气管肺泡上皮对大气中SO_2、NO_X反应的研究

摘  要:目的:探讨大气污染物对呼吸道的病理变化的影响。方法:采用粉尘颗粒物和混合气体使大鼠染毒制备大气污染物模型,对大鼠气管、肺进行透射电镜及气管扫描电镜检查。结果:模型组大鼠的气管、肺与对照组相比,气管及肺泡上皮有渐进性损伤,且随量的蓄积损伤逐渐加重,最终发生肺实变。结论:吸入的污染粉尘可造成气管及肺泡上皮的渐进性损伤,损伤程度与吸入粉尘的量呈一致性,并随吸入量的累积而逐渐严重,最终变为肺实变,残留肺组织为代偿性气肿。Objective: To explore the pathologic influence of respiratory tract caused by mixed pollutants preventing the damage of air pollution to human healthy. Methods: 96 wistar rats were randomly divided into one control group and two tested groups which were respectively exposed to air pollutants for 1 d and 30d. Trachea of rats were observed under transmission electron microscope and lung of rats were observed under scanning electron microscope. Results: Gradually damage in the trachea and lung of the tested groups were observed by comparing with the control group. The damage was ingravescence with the amount of Air particles increased. The pulmonary solidification occurred at last. Conclusion: The gradually damage in the trachea and lung could be caused by inhaled polluted particles. The morphology changing has coherence with the particles amount. The damage is ingravescence with the increasing amount of the inhaled narticles. The pulmonary solidification occurred at last. The rudimental lung tissue is compensatory emphysema.
