摘　　要：目的:合成一系列的罗沙替丁乙酸酯衍生物。方法:以间羟基苯甲醛为起始原料,合成H2—受体拮抗剂罗沙替丁乙酸酯盐酸盐。结果:其结构经1H—NMR,MS表征,并显示出一定的抗溃疡活性。结论:结果表明6b有较好的活性。Objective： To design and synthesize the derivative of roxatidine. Methods： Roxatidine acetate were synthesized from 3-hydroxy benzaldehyde by a series of reaction. Results： The structure of the product was confirmed by IR.^1H - NMR and MS. They have antiulcer activity slightly. Conclusion： Pharmacological tests showed that 6b had higher percent of inhibition ability on gastric juice acid output.
