阿维菌素亚急性中毒致鸽子脑组织细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：阿维菌素是农业生产上广泛使用的一种农业杀虫剂,具有潜在的环境毒性。本试验将60只美国王鸽随机分为5组,分别在日粮中添加0、10、20、40、80 mg·kg-1的阿维菌素,4周后采取脑组织进行相关指标的检测,以探讨AVM对鸽子脑组织的影响,并充实阿维菌素环境毒理学的数据资料,结果显示,过量摄入阿维菌素可致鸽脑细胞凋亡。Avermectin （AVM） is generally used in animal husbandry and agriculture as an anthelminthin agent because of superordinary deinseetization mechanism. Therefore, increasing residual AVM has affected environmental ecosystem. In this paper, 60 king pigeons were divided into 5 groups, which were fed avermectin （AVM） in diet with 0, 10, 20, 40, 80 mg·kg^-1 respectively. After 4 weeks, all king pigeons were euthanized and their cerebrum samples were taken for analyses to clarify the effect of AVM on cerebrum and provide the information of ecotoxicology for AVM. The results showed that too much AVM could cause apoptosis in cerebrum.
