摘 要:激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间距等烧结工艺参数对选择性激光烧结制件的精度有很大影响。通过理论分析以及实际对316L不锈钢粉末材料的烧结,采用单因素试验,分别研究了这三个影响因素和制件精度之间的关系。通过对实验结果的方差分析,得出其优化的烧结参数为:激光功率83 W、扫描速度16 mm/s、扫描间距1/6mm,制件尺寸精度可达到±0.05 mm。Processing parameters such as laser power, scanning rate, scanning distance have very big effects on the precision of the parts made by selected laser sintering. According to theoretice analysis and practice for 316L stainless steel powder sintering, a single-factor test was used to study the relationship between the three influencing factors and parts precision. The optimal sintering parameters were obtained through analyzing the experimental results by variance method. The value of the parameters such as laser powder, scanning rate, scanning distance is 83W, 16mm/s, 1/6 mm, respectively. Finally, the precision of obtained parts can reach ±0.05 mm.
