摘　　要：高可靠性是以太网技术达到电信级要求需要解决的首要问题。文章列举了与可靠性相关的以太网技术,包括以太网线性保护和以太网环网保护。此外,文章还介绍了链路保护中的双向转发检测(BFD)协议,以及BFD协议在以太网线性/环网保护中如何进行故障检测。High reliability is the most important issue to be dealt with when the Ethernet technologies have reached to the carrier-level requirement. This paper enumerates the Ethernet technologies relevant to reliability, including Ethernet linear protection and Ethernet ring protection. In addition, it introduces the Bidirectional Forwarding Detection （BFD） protocol in the link protection and its application in the error detection in Ethernet linear and ring protections.
