摘 要:将钢渣晒干破碎后过4.75 mm的筛作为细集料取代砂来制备钢渣砂浆,钢渣取代砂的掺量分别为0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%,对钢渣代砂砂浆的物理力学性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:钢渣掺量对新拌砂浆的工作性影响明显,砂浆拌合物的稠度随钢渣掺量的增加呈先增大而减小的趋势,在钢渣掺量为40%时,稠度最大,密度最大,保水性最好。砂浆的弹模和立方体抗压强度随钢渣掺量的增加呈先增大后减小。After steel slag is sun - dried and sieved 4.75 mm, steel slag mortar was prepared by using steel slag as sand replacement material of 0,20% ,40% ,60% ,80%, 100% content, and its physical performance was investigated. Experimental restults show that the influence of addition content of steel slag on the workability of fresh mortar is obvious. With the content of steel slag increases, consistency of mortar increases and then decreases. When the content of steel slag is 40%, the consistency and density of mortar reach maximum value, and its water retaining property is the best. And with the content of steel slag increases, the elastic modulns and compressive strength of mortar increases and then decreases.
