摘　　要：金融海啸席卷全球,全球经济陷入衰退,中国经济也随之步入下行调整期。但在国家"保增长"政策的支持下,银行业发展既面临诸多风险和不确定因素,也面临新的机遇和市场机会。本文通过对2008年我国银行业发展的回顾,分析2009年银行业发展的趋势、存在的风险和潜在市场机遇,为我国银行业的经营决策提供参考。The financial tsunami is now sweeping global economy into recession, China＇s economy also entered a downward adjustment period, but the policy adopted for keeping the growth in the country supports the development of the banking industry, which is challengedby risks and uncertainties, when facing new development and market opportunities. Based on the 2008 review of the development of China＇s banking industry, this article analyzes the situation of the banking industry in 2009, the risks and potential market in a aim to give a reference for the decision making in economic adjustment period.
