基于灰色模糊聚类法的发电企业竞争力分析

摘　　要：通过构建发电厂竞争力及其作用因素的评价指标体系,提出了对发电厂竞争力进行评价和分类的系统方法。首先,运用灰色理论方法计算了发电厂竞争力的作用因素与其综合竞争力的灰色关联度,在此基础上建立了描述发电厂间相似程度的特征向量空间;然后,运用模糊聚类方法,对作用因素对竞争力的影响具有相同或相似特性的发电厂进行分类,为发电集团提供决策依据;最后,利用一家发电集团下属的13家发电厂的实际数据,证实了该方法的科学性与可行性。Through the construction of the evaluation index of competitiveness of power plant and its effect factors, the systematic method is presented to estimate and classify the competitiveness of power plant. Firstly, this paper calculates the gray correlation degrees between the effect factors and synthetic competitiveness based on the gray theory,and establishes the characteristic vector space described by the above gray correlation degrees. Then, according to the influence of effect factors on synthetic competitiveness with the same or similar characteristics,it classifies the power plants based on the fuzzy clustering method, which aims to provide decision-making references for power generation corporation. Finally,it verifies the scientific nature and the effectiveness of this proposed method by an actual application of thirteen power plants belonging to a power generation corporation.
