摘　　要：同步测量了69例单纯肥胖妇女不同的腰围、臀围及腰围与臀围比值(WHR),并就其与患者空腹血浆胰岛素水平(INS_O)、胰岛素面积(INS_A)、胰岛素面积与葡萄糖面积的比值(INS_A/Glu_A)间的关系进行了统计分析。结果表明,WHR_1与胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗的相关性良好,应以WHR_1作为描述脂肪分布类型的指标。The present study investigated the associations between different measures of body fat distribution and serum insulin level in 69 simple obesity women. The results showed that waist-hip ratio(WHR)had greatest association with serum insulin level and insulin resistence after controlling for age and body mass index (BMI). This study indicated that health-care professionals should use WHR to describe body fat distribution.
