摘　　要：以辽宁省调查数据为基础,运用Logistic经济计量模型,对运动员养老保险需求意愿的影响因素进行实证研究。结果显示,年龄、运动等级、家庭特征和风险意识对运动员的养老保险需求意愿有显著影响,文化程度、月均收入水平、家庭住址、风险意识是影响对高水平运动员参与意愿的重要因素。基于需求意愿的多元化特征,应提高风险意识,完善制度设计,逐步将高龄、高等级运动员群体纳入养老保险体系覆盖范围,实现运动员养老保险与社会保障体系的顺畅衔接,推动运动员养老保险有效需求的形成,保障运动员的长远利益。Based on the survey data of Liaoning Province samples, the author took the empirical analysis by using the Logistic economic model to study the determinants which affect the athletes＇ demand will for pension system. The result indicated that the age,the athletics grade,the family character and risk awareness shown powerful effect on the athlete＇ s will for the pension system. Education level, monthly income, family location and risk awareness are important factors for the high-level athletes＇ will. According to the diverse determinants which affect the will for the pension system,it is highlight to enhance the risk awareness, to improve the system design and to bring the elder athletes, the high-grade athletes into the pension system step by step, and make the athletes＇ pension system connect to the social security system, to push the forming of effective demand for athletes＇ endowment insurance in order to guarantee the athletes＇ long-term benefits.
