摘 要:目的了解正常人股骨近端各部位骨密度变化。材料与方法采用双能X线骨密度仪测量445例正常人股骨近端各部位骨密度值,其中女性255例,平均年龄45.7岁;男性190例,平均年龄46.9岁。按10岁一个年龄组统计分析。结果男性股骨近端各部位骨量峰值高于女性。男性各部位骨量峰值均在20~29岁年龄组,女性股骨颈骨量峰值位于20~39岁年龄组之间;Ward区值位于10~29岁之间;大粗隆区值位于10~19岁年龄组。男性股骨近端骨密度在70~79岁年龄组也有上升趋势。女性股骨近端各部位峰值虽与欧美女性比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但股骨颈峰值骨量显著高于日本女性(P<0.05)。结论提供了正常人各年龄组股骨近端各部位骨密度的正常数据及变化特点,为股骨近端骨质疏松的研究积累了数据和资料。Purpose To understand bone mineral density (BMD) changes in normal subjects. Materials and methods BMD was measured by dual X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) at three sites (neck, Ward's triangle, greater trochanter) of the proximal femur in 445 normal volunteers. There were 255 females (mean age 45.7 years) and 190 males (mean age 46.9 years), divided into ten year cohorts for the analysis. Results Peak bone density at each site proximal femur was higher in males than that in females. In males, peak bone density ages for all sites of the proximal femur were in the 20~29 age group. In females, peak bone density ages was detected between 20~39 years for the neck, 10~29 years for the Ward's triangle and 10~19 years for the greater trochanter respectively. Bone loss for each site in females was more pronounced than in males, especially after 40~49 age group. There was a tendency of increased BMD among the 70~79 age group for males. Peak bone density of proximal femur for each site was not significantly lower in the females as compared with US/Europe. However, the peak bone density of femoral neck was higher in the females compared with the Japanese females. Conclusion This study provides the normal BMD data of the proximal femur for both males and females in the Chinese and also analyses the characteristics of the femoral BMD changes with aging, which will be helpful for osteoporotic research in the femoral region.
