摘　　要：要快速有效地应对各种突发危机事件,必须提高图书馆预防和处置危机的能力,文章论述了图书馆预防和处置危机能力的主要内容以及必要的几个条件。In order to speedily and effectively cope with all kinds of unexpected events of crisis, libraries must strengthen their ability to prevent and handle such crisis. This paper discusses the major items included and several required conditions concerning libraries＇ ability to prevent and handle crisis.
